Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, contact our customer support at support@quickbazarlife.com or call our helpline. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy. Prepaid orders that are canceled before dispatch will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns or replacements only in the case of:
Damaged or defective products received.
Incorrect items delivered.
Expired products received.
To request a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods like food items, fresh produce, opened or used products, and personal care items are not eligible for return or replacement.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be credited to your bank account after verification.
